BREAKING NEWS - US AND LORIASTAN BEGIN OIL EXPLORATION IN GULF OF NONOBOO
As the war has come to an end the US is wasting no time getting involved in the potential for future asset and investment growth.
A new deal just signed shows that the US and Loriastan are looking to secure future energy reserves and put Loriastan on the path to energey self-sufficiency and economic growht.
The details of the agreement are below
AGREEMENT OF OIL RESERVES UNDER GULF OF NONNOBOO
Principle purpose: To specify the contractual agreements and obligations between the United States Government and Loriastan Government
Contract term: 10 Years
This agreement is between the United States Government and the Loriastan Government. This agreement will sanctify the United States oil exploration and production with the Loriastan Government.
Terms of agreement bellow:
This agreement is based on the geological expert report that indicated the oil levels were justifiable enough to construct oil rigs.
An analysis of the amount of security personnel will be conducted by the United States for the protection of the oil rigs. Loriastan will provide the protection and military personnel for the oil rigs, based on the analysis. The military personnel at the oil rigs will be trained by the United States Government. If the Loriastan Government doesn’t provide sufficient protection for the oil rigs, it will be seen as a breach of contract.
This agreement will be reviewed on a quarterly basis for any breaches of contract. If a breach/es are found by United States inspection parties, the United States Government has the right to immediately null and void the agreement, with the understanding that all oil rigs will be decommissioned, taken apart, and sent back to the United States
A total amount of 1 million USD will be transferred to the Loriastan Government for the development and reconstruction of Loriastan. The amount will be released in a total of 6 payments based on preset targets that need to be met in order to receive payments. If these goals are not met funding will be halted.
70% of all produced oil will be transferred to the United States Oil Reserves, while 30% of all produced oil will be transferred to the Loriastan Government. This is an initial split while relying on American expertise. After sufficient training for local personnel the split will return to 50-50 percent for both parties.
The cost of construction of the oil rig will be shared 50-50 percent between the parties.
A minimum amount of 100,000 oil barrels per oil rig must be produced daily to ensure profitability in the construction of the oil rigs.
The Loriastan government must ensure continuous stability in the country. This agreement will be reviewed on a quarterly basis for any breaches of contract. If a breach/es are found by United States inspection parties, the United States Government has the right to immediately null and void the agreement.
