THE RUMOUR MILL - CHINA AND RUSSIA SUPPORTING ARM AND SFF?

 There are currently unsubstantiated rumours going around that the Chinese and Russian Ambassadors have been secretly funding the ARM and SFF forces in Loriastan.

The Russian ambassador had been called back to talks with Vladimir Putin but was surprisingly allowed to return. Does Putin want instability in Minoria?

This journalist has made these reports because of ARM purchasing equipment and weapons immediately after a large wire transfer from an offshore bank account. After tracing the bank account it looks like it came from an bank called China Construction Bank. 

If these rumours turn out to be true it will have dramatic impacts on Loriastan and China and Russia relations.
