 To the people that inhabit the continent of Minoria,

First, let's set some things straight.

I did fund the PFLS. And no. Not for the reason you think.

I funded the PFLS because I thought it would stop the civil war. The civil war has been going on for over two decades, and with no progress, the conflict still remains the same. The Loriastan government has made no effort to conduct peace talks with the rebel groups. I funded them to attack as a wake-up call, time to stop hiding and make a decision. You can either work out the problems between groups or be eradicated of power. Sometimes, you need to fight fire with fire. This plan, however, backfired. I did not communicate with my government members about what I was doing. I will pull out the money I sent to the PFLS and formally apologize.  

Also, I realize that I did not respond to the WPFM's press release regarding the military. I had a deal with the US ambassador regarding military training. I was also going to Increase the payroll of our military by 21%. This was supposed to prevent diamond smuggling, as well as prepare in case war broke out in Pictonia. 

Regarding the chaos in the government, I think a democratic, full re-election of the government would be the appropriate choice. Will I run again? Maybe. If people accept my apologies and realize I tried to do something for the right reasons. My future economic plans for natural gas exports, tourism and agricultural farming will generate a ton of revenue. They will bring a stable economy to our country.
