 "Dear citizens of Pictonia. I am deeply saddened by Sammie's corruption after he made all of those promises. He is so power-hungry that if he can`t lead Pictonia, no one can. He has done great things for this country. I cannot stand for someone with that corruption though. I am going to detain Sammy Bassil and make sure he doesn`t flee with the 100 million he was planning on stealing. I ensure all the citizen's safety and promise this will all be over soon."
