 Below is our constitution, elections will begin tommorow



Constitution of The United Stockton Rebublic


Preamble

We the Founding Fathers of Stockton write this constitution to unite the Free People of Stockton.


Article 1

We will be referred to as The United Stockton Republic, hereafter referred to as Stockton


Article 2

Our nation is being formed to protect and defend the rights of the Stock people


Article 3

Section 1

To be a citizen you must either be of Stock nationality or have parents born in the union or if you have lived in the nation for 4+ years

Section 2

Being a citizen grants you full rights from the amendments

Section 3 

Membership can only be revoked if you are found of committing a capital crime and if the Senate votes for it


Article 4

Section 1

Meetings can be called weekly and by the Senate or President

Section 2

The Senate will be elected by a Single transferable vote system and the president will be elected by the Senate. Elections will take place every 4 years.


Article 5

To be a senator you must be over 30 and for President 35 .


Article 6

Positions of Treasure, Military Comandante, Governor of Trade, Governor of Border Control, Governer of Education, and Governer of Power are elected by the President and are relected every 4 years. The President and all Governors can be voted out of office by the Sentate.

Article 7

 an election will never be cancelled no matter what.
